In Qatar, the feel of an Olympic type of atmosphere is likely, that is most fans mobilized in one place.

 So there have to be some plans to spread the fans throughout Qatar, otherwise, they just roam around and making overcrowded in and around Doha.


Accommodating them all in the Qatari capital of Doha may be an issue, part of which may be fixed by docking giant cruise ships in the port.Qatar has a strong culture of boats and ships.

For example, set up a Giant Qatar world cup lottery.Price money has to be Sky high. So that people get a sense of interest and it grows.

Start some countdown 1000 days with some unique concept.

For Example, at least a fan from all the 200 countries has to be sponsored by Qatar through a raffle coupon.

Once in five days (200*5=1000days) a draw for fans in different countries.

Try to do this draw all countries irrespective of political difference. The daily draw has to happen in different countries.

So the media in that particular country may get a special attachment

QATAR 2022:INSIGHTS FROM AN INDIAN GUY WHO LIVED AND LOVED THERE

FIFA announced The Qatar 2022 World Cup will kick off on November 21.
The event will attract at least 1 million international visitors to Qatar.I was fortunate to work in Qatar for two years.I am sharing some thoughts.

Home stay facility for visitors has to be introduced.The out houses or even workers place can be utilised.Some advantages are

a)No additional capital is required
b)The post world cup non-occupancy of hotel rooms  can be minimised  and can save some Billions
c)The world can understand what is real Arab hospitality
d)The misconception about Islam/Muslim can be lifted to an extent in an around the world

Please set up theme restaurants  of different countries one by one after each of the teams qualifies.For Eg: If Brazil qualifies for world cup set up a Brazilian restaurant(staffs from that particular country)

When qualifying rounds progress it will eventually gets big attention from international media.

From shamal to shahaniya the home delivery also has to happen.Once the metro starts its operation I am sure that hot foods will be served throughout. So that the fans can order their own dishes from anywhere in Qatar.
